EXPEDITION.
You can choose to arrange shipping through the shippers approved by Galerie Objets d'Histoires- Antiquités Chaussat, to use your own carrier or to pick up your purchases in person.
Objets D'Histoires has partnered with several art shippers. In many cases, we will make proposals via a custom shipping quote to be the most suitable for your purchase. The shipping quote includes a mandatory Ad Valorem insurance.
If you accept the Objets D'Histoires shipping quote available at checkout, items are usually delivered within 7 to 14 business days after payment is received. Once the delivery information is confirmed, you will receive an email with a confirmation number to track the status of your delivery. EXPORT - IMPORT.
For international customers, import fees may be charged directly by the sales platform or at customs. We cannot integrate these fees in your purchase.
ATTENTION. The import-export charges are entirely at the buyer's expense. On the other hand an import-export certificate or/and a CITES may be requested by the customs of your country.
Appointment - Pick up in store.
After the sale, certain goods: furniture and bulky art objects can be collected in our restoration workshop adjacent to the Galerie Antiquités Chaussat, 9 rue de Dirac, 17290 Thairé.
DELIVERY.
If, despite all the care we take in packaging our items, your item arrives damaged, you have the possibility of being refunded.
For this, it is imperative to CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING and to mention a RESERVE OF DELIVERY of opening of parcel. In France, article 22 of the decree of October 29 specifies that from now on, reservations can be made until the next working day following the reception, at noon. (roughly the next day at noon). Another solution much more complicated: OPEN THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY MAN during the delivery in order to be able to refuse it in case of damage by noting on the delivery note the mention "refused, broken article, damaged package", then to contact us immediately.
BACK.
You change your mind ? You have a 14-day withdrawal period upon receipt of the item(s), to return the package(s) to us via colissimo only, in good condition, in their original packaging (return costs at your expense including AD Valorem insurance).
ATTENTION. The import-export charges are entirely at the buyer's expense.
Any return of goods must be subject to a prior request for return sent by email: objetsdhistoires@gmail.com
We will reimburse you as soon as we receive the item by bank transfer.
